what is very relevant is that according to that article "the proposed legal solutions could raise legal issues that could take the county all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court". Which is pretty much at the core of my points when I posted Why Vallejo Matters. If Jefferson County or Vallejo clears through some of the legal fog on Chapter 9 bankruptcy........
