Ok, it's not the top 10 or anything.... but Pittsburgh is ranked 60 out of 296 metro areas in this months Fortune Small Business Magazine for . See what they say. The criteria for all this was the "best mix of business advantages and lifestyle appeal." So a smidge out of the top quintile isn't so bad.
