More Nuclear Power Sooner
News from China on their construction of new nuclear power plants based on Westinghouse's AP-1000 reactor. The key bit of news in that is that they say their construction plans for these plants have sped up. Chinese stimulus? Via Pittsburgh.

Looks like Pittsburgh is ahead of the curve after all. The United States needs to start producing things that people in other countries want if we expect not to get left behind in global commerce. Global commerce has to be a two-way street, and if all we have to export are movies, music, Coca-Cola and porno, then we deserve to have our standard of living decline.
