If that's a year-over-year percentage, then might it have something to do with the fact that Pittsburgh never bottomed out like Detroit? Or am I missing something?
Unfortunately for my city-of-birth (Detroit), I'm not sure a rapidly increasing number of open tech positions is such a good sign.
Because it means they've really decided to build Robocop?
Could be, but what I specifically had in mind was the possibility that Detroit may be encountering a shortage of tech people to fill open positions.
