Anyway, I could write this again on why regionalism is so hard. And for those who think this is all some ploy to consolidate into big governments.. NO, that isn't the point and there are things that can be done that fall far short of some mega consolidation which in fact almost happened in Allegheny County in 1929. Check out what is going on at the other end of Cleveburgh in Cuyahoga County these days.
