. See the map the Columbus Dispatch has there: all those counties highlighted on the eastern border of Ohio are as much part of greater Pittsburgh as anywhere else. A lot of what it talks about are steel plants there. It is remarkable how the global steel industry has all but shut down for the time being. Production around the world is down 50-70 or more percent in some countries. If this was 1982 here... it would be a lot worse than 1982 here. Think about that.
