bad air again

The AP is reporting that EPA will report tomorrow that two local census tracts are among 600 with concentrations of air pollutants that put them at a much greater risk of contracting cancer. The two census tracts are 492700, in Clairton, and tract 499300, in Glassport. Those two tracts are here:

Isn't that little stretch down there what gives "Pittsburgh" its terrible air quality rankings in that survey?

If the NFL rated QBs the way the American Lung Association rates cities' air quality, then Peyton Manning would have had a passer rating of 46.6 last season, Philip Rivers a 44.4, and Kurt Warner a 42.2. The American Lung Association thinks all three of those QBs suck.
