It looks to me that all the growth in the city is new dorms, the South Side Flats, and Sommerset at Frick.
We will be getting to some more detailed growth (or decline in most cases) maps that identify where change has been quite specifically. But you probably have most of it summarized in that.

I'm surprised the Golden Triangle lost population. Is there some sort of reclassification of the prison that could account for this?
The North Side and Tonya Payne's district seem to be the areas most hammered by population loss.
