I'm gonna assume that by "Pittsburgh" they are referring to the Pittsburgh metro area. Any theories as to why the Pittsburgh area is the exception to the norm?
It's either the natural gas, the very low starting point, or Onorato really was a genius.
Low starting prices, less of a recession, and a relatively strong recovery.Basically, we are experiencing normal appreciation. Which right now makes us abnormal.
