Negative equity still a Cleveburgh issue....


Below is a regional snapshot of the negative equity mapping produced by Zillow. I remain amazed by the stark state differences where all along the PA-OH border.  Follows from the foreclosure map posted long ago.

Actually they made the map embeddable. More red = more bad. So here:

Much less (if any) of a stark border effect when you get farther south to around where West Virginia begins. I have no particular insight on that subject (other than to note that is the Appalachian corner of Ohio), but I thought it was interesting.

I'm surprised to see how bad things are in Franklin County. I figured that would be a bit protected from the worst of it.
